WMP Terms of Reference, Phase 2

This Terms of Reference outlines the watershed management planning process the BRWA will use to develop a comprehensive watershed management plan for the Alberta portions of the Battle River and Sounding Creek watersheds. This plan will be developed in stages, with each stage tackling a different "watershed management component".
